Biotechnology Club serves the needs of students interested in the field and subject of biotechnology - including, but not limited to research, industry, and careers in biotechnology. The club also provides a community in which biotechnology students can achieve success through study groups, peer mentorship, networking, and company visits. All majors and class standings are welcome to join the Biotechnology Club to learn about a myriad of career paths; such as academic research, industry R&D, bioinformatics, bioengineering, food science, business & law, agricultural engineering, environmental, scientific communication, and many more.

Students learn from other like-minded students and from the many visiting guest speakers on topics that are current and relevant to the industry. Flying Samaritans at CPP is a club where students will be able to run and fully lead a joint clinic in Baja California, Mexico along with students from CSU San Marcos. Students will work alongside doctors and other professionals to provide free medical care to patients. Clinics will typically be held once a month where students can gain hands on clinical experience providing care and managing a medical clinic.

Global Brigades is the largest student-led international non-profit organization. Our goal is to empower under-resourced communities to meet their health and economic goals through collaborations of the university volunteers and local teams. Our chapter here at Cal Poly Pomona is a medical chapter. Our goal each year is to lead a week long medical clinic in either Ghana, Honduras, Nicaragua, or Panama. We are paired with local doctors and community health workers to offer a free medical and dental clinic, pharmacy, and health education workshops.  Students will be able to shadow and assist local physicians, pharmacists, and dentists.

We conduct after school programs at local elementary, middle, and high schools to show the younger generations that computer science is for anyone and everyone. ​

Kappa Mu Epsilon is a specialized honor society in Mathematics. KME was founded in 1931 to promote the interest of mathematics among undergraduate students. Its chapters are located in colleges and universities of recognized standing which offer a strong mathematics major. The chapters' members are selected from students of mathematics and other closely related fields who have maintained standards of scholarship, have professional merit, and have attained academic distinction.

The Association of Applied Statistics hopes to create a community for all students who enjoy statistics and to help statistics majors find jobs so they can be successful after graduation. ​conservancies to better prepare them for a future career with animals!
